You Are Already Worthy

In a world that constantly tells us we need to change, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking our bodies are just projects to be fixed. We set goals, whether it’s to get stronger, run a faster mile, or eat more nutritious foods, and sometimes we forget that the body we have right now is the one doing the work.

Working towards a goal and loving your body are not mutually exclusive—they are two sides of the same beautiful coin. You can want to grow, evolve, and improve, while also appreciating the incredible vessel that carries you through every day.

Your body isn’t an obstacle; it’s your teammate.
Celebrate the small victories. The extra push-up you managed, the walk you took when you didn’t feel like it, the meal you cooked from scratch. These aren’t just steps toward a future goal; they are acts of love for the body that is supporting you right now.
So, as you work towards your goals, remember to treat your body with kindness, respect, and gratitude. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about appreciating the journey and the incredible partner you have for the ride.

Six years ago my oldest brother lost his battle with depression. Before my brother passed I never talked about my struggles with mental health (I have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type I’ll do another post later)… it was a secret I kept to myself.

But when my brother passed I decided I would become an advocate for mental health and help end the stigma. If I could go back in time I would ask my brother to try one more day.

If you are struggling please reach out, we have a national hotline 988 it’s free and open 24/7. If you need someone to hold your hand I’m here!

Together we can end su***de and end the stigmas of mental health!

Lately, I’ve gained a little weight—about 5 pounds—since having to pause my workouts due to low iron. Honestly, it’s frustrating.

Having struggled with my body weight my whole life, I truly understand the pain and frustration of weight loss issues.

It’s a reminder that progress isn’t always linear, and that’s okay. I’m learning to be patient with my body as it heals.

(I worked out last week and felt like death was near lol )

I’ve been reading this book for a while… I figured I’d finish it finally. I’m super nervous for this appointment today. My psych meds are throwing things off for me… honestly it’s hard to keep taking them when I know my medication side effects are causing the issues. Maybe I’ll make a video about my mental health journey… it’s been a ride!

“I’ve tried everything. Will this really work for me?”

If that’s the question running through your mind, I want you to know I hear you. The fitness industry is full of quick fixes and promises that leave you feeling defeated. You’ve been sold fad diets and extreme workouts, only to end up right back where you started.

I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.

Losing over 60 pounds wasn’t about a magic pill or a restrictive diet. It was about learning how to listen to my body, fueling it with the right foods, and building habits that I could actually stick with.

This isn’t just another program. It’s a partnership where I guide you to find a sustainable way to lose weight and, more importantly, keep it off for good.
Ready to stop the cycle of yo-yo dieting and find a plan that finally works for you?
