March is officially my Walker family genealogy month. We’ve got a family reunion coming up in June 2026, and there are too many missing branches on that tree for me to ignore. I’m spending the month updating names, connections, and locations—and I’m making my annual South Carolina trip around Easter to dig into records at the Barnwell County courthouse, the local library, and the South Carolina State Archives in Columbia. If you’re a Walker cousin (or connected to Barnwell County), message me—photos, names, and family stories are welcome!

What gaps would you research first?

March will be dedicated to my Walker line. I’m filling missing branches before our June 2026 reunion with a South Carolina research trip near Easter—Barnwell County courthouse, local library, and the SC state archives in Columbia.
