The goal is to raise awareness, share helpful resources, and build a community where mothers feel supported, heard, and valued. Your mental well-being matters just as much as your baby's.
You are not alone, and your feelings are completely valid. Today, on World Maternal Mental Health Day, we want to remind every mother that it's okay to not be okay. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not a weakness. You are doing a wonderful job, even on the hard days.
