Hello there!

Thank you so much for following this page and sharing the content with people you know and love over the years. Your support has been invaluable and has helped this page, the brainchild of my counseling practice, which I started in 2008, to grow and evolve. I still can't believe how fast the time has gone, and I'm deeply grateful for your continued support.

Over the years, my focus and interests have grown, as expected. I'm shifting my focus to providing more coaching to a specific group of people, empaths and highly sensitive souls. This shift is driven by the increasing need for support and guidance in this area. As a result of this shift, I have created a new page. Although this page will still exist, I will be more active on my new page. Your willingness to let go of the past makes space for your desired life.
There is a powerful version of you to be discovered by letting go of what no longer serves you.

It's necessary and healthy to grieve the past as you move forward.

Self trust is such an important factor of self love. Without self trust, we struggle to embrace, love and accept all of who we are. Here are a few tips to support your process in upleveling your experience of self trust.

1) Practice self-care and prioritize your needs. This will show yourself that you value yourself and your well-being, leading to increased self-trust.
2) Set achievable goals and follow through on them. This will help you build a track record of success and increase your confidence in your abilities.
3) Surround yourself with supportive and trustworthy people. Having a strong support system can help you feel more secure in yourself and your decisions.
4) Take ownership of your mistakes and learn from them. By doing so, you will show yourself that you are capable of handling challenges and can be trusted to make things right.
5) Practice self-reflection and mindfulness. This can help you better understand your own thoughts and feelings, leading to increased self-awareness and self-trust.

I encourage you to practice these tips.

There are lots of ways for Empaths and Highly Sensitive People to ask for what they need. It just requires a little investigation and practice. Here are a few suggestions.

1. Inner Reflection Ritual: Create a regular inner reflection ritual where you take time for self-discovery and identify your needs. Set aside a specific time each week to journal, meditate, or engage in introspective activities. This practice will help you become more aware of your needs and empower you to articulate them confidently.

2. Support Buddy System: Establish a support buddy system with a trusted friend or fellow empath. Agree to be each other's accountability partners in asking for what you need. Set regular check-ins where you can openly discuss your challenges, victories, and progress in requesting support. This mutual arrangement creates a safe space for both of you to practice and grow in asking for what you need.

3. Creative Expression Board: Create a visual representation of your needs using a "creative expression board." Gather magazines, images, and words that resonate with your desires and requirements. Create a collage or vision board that reflects your needs and aspirations. Display it in a prominent place as a reminder to honor your needs and encourage you to communicate them effectively.
