There are many causes and many solutions and meeting with our audiologist will allow us the time to meet and learn your individual concerns before we sit down and together decide on the next step in treating your hearing loss. High levels of background noise are often the most difficult situations for hearing. Settings such as noisy restaurants or crowded business meetings can lead to very low comprehension of speech. Asking people to repeat themselves often needing to turn up the TV is another sign that your hearing may be deteriorating. Don’t be frustrated or embarrassed. Come to our Upper Saddle River office, where we strive to treat each patient as a family member, and meet with our Hearing Center team.
