Youth sports can build confidence, discipline, and resilience, but they can also bring pressure, anxiety, comparison, and self-doubt that many parents do not see right away.

I recently spoke with Rob Bumbaco - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, former Division 1 athlete, and founder of the Back in the Game program with The Better Institute here in Pittsburgh - about the mindset struggles young athletes are facing and how parents can better support them.

This is one of my favorite things to show parents because it explains Legends in two seconds:
we photograph the athlete first… then we build the scene around them.

Swipe to see the transformation.
