Three years. Over 70 pounds gone.

When Britney first came to us, she was exhausted both physically and emotionally.
She was working out six days a week, eating healthy most of the time, and doing “everything right.” Yet, nothing was changing. Her body ached, her energy was gone, and her confidence was fading.
