There’s something about Peter Gabriel that hits differently.
The music feels like it’s manifesting greatness while still smiling at itself — powerful, bold, and just a little tongue-in-cheek. That balance of sincerity and subtle sarcasm reminds me that life isn’t meant to be taken too seriously. You can reach for something big while still keeping a sense of humor about the whole journey.

That nuance is where the magic lives.

What do you think about Peter Gabriel’s music? Does it feel serious, playful, or both to you? 👇

When someone upsets me or does me wrong, I try to remember this: blessings to me in the form of you.

Not because the moment feels good — but because every interaction teaches me something about myself. It brings my attention back inward. Back to responsibility. Back to growth.

I am the center of my universe, and the way I respond creates the ripple that moves outward into the world. When I choose understanding instead of resentment, the energy changes.

Maybe everything is connected. Maybe what I see in you is also something in me. And when I learn, we both grow.

Stay centered. Let the blessings ripple outward.

There was a time in high school when I studied with a Reiki teacher and was introduced to a Merkaba meditation — visualizing a tetrahedron of light surrounding the body, expanding with every breath. During one session, something shifted. My awareness felt like it moved beyond the physical body, and for a moment I experienced a deep sense of connection to everything around me.

Experiences like this remind me how dense and grounding the physical body is, and how meditation can open the door to something much larger than our everyday identity. Whether you call it astral projection, expanded awareness, or simply deep presence, the practice teaches us that we are more than just the physical form — and at the same time, the body is the anchor that lets us experience it all.

Cosmic energy isn’t something we chase — it’s something we uncover. Beneath the noise, beneath the stress, there’s a steady current already moving through you. When you slow down, breathe, and turn inward, that energy begins to rise naturally. Inspiration, clarity, and peace don’t come from outside sources — they radiate from within. The universe isn’t separate from you. You are part of it, expressing itself in motion.

Energy and inspiration don’t really come from outside of us — they begin within. Food, people, and even chemicals can give us temporary boosts, but they always fade. When we go inward, we tap into something deeper, something steady and unlimited. Maybe the things that inspire us on the outside are simply reflections of what already exists inside us. When we slow down, become aware, and connect inward, we reconnect with source — with the infinite universe that’s always been there.

People talk about reincarnation like you might come back as a tree, a carrot, or a squirrel. I don’t see it that way. To me, reincarnation is continuity — consciousness returning as human again and again, continuing the work, continuing the lessons, continuing to work through karma here on Earth.

Maybe thousands of years ago we lived as something simpler. Maybe far enough back we were just awareness itself. But right now, we’re human for a reason. This life is the classroom. This moment is the work. And every experience is part of the unfolding.

Injuries change you.

Whether it’s an old injury that never fully healed, or a new one that makes you wonder if things will ever feel normal again… pain has a way of shrinking your world.

I know that feeling. Years of skateboarding left me with torn ligaments, broken bones, and chronic pain. What I learned through yoga, breathwork, and meditation is that the body wants to heal — but it needs the right signals, the right movement, and the right patience.

I just released my Injury Recovery Course inside the app. I break down simple practices to help reduce pain, restore movement, and rebuild trust in your body again.

Healing is possible. You just have to give your body the chance.

Most of us don’t realize how much we’re actually eating.

A simple guide: your fist is about the size of your stomach. When we eat far beyond that, the stomach stretches and the body has to work harder than it should. In America, portion sizes have quietly grown bigger and bigger. What used to feed two people now feeds one — and we wonder why energy drops and weight gain follow.

Next time you go out to eat, try this. Put your fist next to your plate. Eat that amount slowly. Notice how you feel. Take the rest home. Your body doesn’t need excess — it needs awareness.

Eat enough. Not everything.
