People talk about reincarnation like you might come back as a tree, a carrot, or a squirrel. I don’t see it that way. To me, reincarnation is continuity — consciousness returning as human again and again, continuing the work, continuing the lessons, continuing to work through karma here on Earth.

Maybe thousands of years ago we lived as something simpler. Maybe far enough back we were just awareness itself. But right now, we’re human for a reason. This life is the classroom. This moment is the work. And every experience is part of the unfolding.

Injuries change you.

Whether it’s an old injury that never fully healed, or a new one that makes you wonder if things will ever feel normal again… pain has a way of shrinking your world.

I know that feeling. Years of skateboarding left me with torn ligaments, broken bones, and chronic pain. What I learned through yoga, breathwork, and meditation is that the body wants to heal — but it needs the right signals, the right movement, and the right patience.

I just released my Injury Recovery Course inside the app. I break down simple practices to help reduce pain, restore movement, and rebuild trust in your body again.

Healing is possible. You just have to give your body the chance.

Most of us don’t realize how much we’re actually eating.

A simple guide: your fist is about the size of your stomach. When we eat far beyond that, the stomach stretches and the body has to work harder than it should. In America, portion sizes have quietly grown bigger and bigger. What used to feed two people now feeds one — and we wonder why energy drops and weight gain follow.

Next time you go out to eat, try this. Put your fist next to your plate. Eat that amount slowly. Notice how you feel. Take the rest home. Your body doesn’t need excess — it needs awareness.

Eat enough. Not everything.

There is a quiet energy moving through all of us. The same energy that moves the tides, grows the trees, and lights the stars lives inside your breath, your heartbeat, your awareness. When we slow down and turn inward, we begin to feel it — a sense of connection, clarity, and calm that was always there. Meditation isn’t about adding something new. It’s about remembering what you already are and learning to move in harmony with that cosmic energy within you.

Side bends do more than make you flexible — they help you breathe deeper, move better, and release tension that builds up from sitting, driving, and daily stress. When we open the sides of the body, we create space for the ribs and lungs to expand, improve spinal mobility, and wake up muscles that often get ignored. Slow, mindful side bending can reduce stiffness, support better posture, and bring balance back to the nervous system. Move gently, breathe slowly, and let the body unwind one side at a time.

If you want to learn how to move and meditate in a way that keeps the body feeling open and pain-free, this is exactly what I teach inside my meditation and movement programs.

Locking in. Going inward. The real universe isn’t out there — it’s inside you.

When we slow down and bring awareness to the body, everything changes. Feel your breath. Notice your hands, your spine, your heartbeat. Watch what the mind is doing without trying to control it. In that awareness, tension softens and clarity begins to rise. The spirit opens naturally, like a lotus reaching toward the light. You don’t have to force anything. Just become aware.

If you want to learn how to go deeper into this state and make meditation simple and practical in everyday life, my meditation course walks you through it step by step. Start small. Go inward. See what’s already there.

Headstands help build strength in the shoulders and core, improve balance, and bring fresh blood flow toward the brain. Many people feel more focus, calm, and mental clarity after practicing inversions. They also teach patience, confidence, and trust in your body.

When you safely flip your perspective, you remind your nervous system that you are capable of adapting and staying steady even when life feels upside down. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and let the practice teach you balance from the inside out.

In Ancient Egypt, many people ate simply — often just one meal at the end of the day.

Not to diet.
Not to restrict.
But for clarity.

When you eat all day, your energy goes to digestion.
Blood moves to the stomach.
The mind gets foggy.
The body gets heavy.

But when you fast…
Your mind feels sharp.
Your breath feels light.
Your focus gets strong.

Less food.
More awareness.

Sometimes space — not more — is what the body needs.

I’ve learned to listen to my body first.

I’m not anti-doctor.
If you need a doctor, I fully support you.

But for me… I’ve seen how powerful the body can be when you slow down, breathe, and give it space to heal.

Movement.
Meditation.
Food.
Rest.

These have helped me more than any waiting room ever has.

Your health is personal.
Your choices are personal.
Trust yourself.
You know more than you think.

Take responsibility. Stay aware. Heal from the inside out.

Spinal alignment is the key to everything.

Your spine is your antenna to the universe.

When you sit tall and line up your spine, you send good information from your brain to your body.
And your body sends good information back to your brain.

This helps your nervous system work the right way.
When the nervous system works well, all the other systems work well too.

You can broadcast better signals.
You can receive better signals.

You feel calm.
You feel clear.
You feel connected.

Sit tall.
Breathe slow.
Stay aligned.
Let’s stay connected.

If you want help learning how to sit, breathe, and align your body the right way, my meditation course walks you through it step by step. Simple. Practical. For real life.
