Freedom Caregivers opened its doors in 2013, responding to a critical need for local in-home care services for the elderly population. Its founders, Jason Eibling and Joanne Yeater, with decades of healthcare experience between them, strived to create an organization offering the quality of care they would expect, and that their own senior relatives would embrace. With that vision as their goal, Freedom Caregivers began with one caregiver and two clients. Fast forward to today, and our agency has grown to include four office locations, 100 caregivers, and more than 200 clients. Even with this expansion, we remain individually focused on providing excellent personal care to elders in their homes. Freedom now offers a wide range of customizable services aimed at helping the Greatest Generation remain safe in their homes and active in the lives they worked so hard to build. What sets us apart from other agencies is our commitment to relationship-building and our unwavering service standards. We carefully match clients and caregivers; we’re available 24/7 to answer any questions. Our frontline staff members are carefully screened; they are individuals we would welcome into our own homes. They’re compassionate, professional, and continuously receive training to stay ahead of advancing in-home care trends. We’re Freedom Caregivers for so many reasons. In our experience, in-home care is the first – and best – choice for many older adults whose wishes are to remain in their homes with freedom, dignity, and independence. Our mission is to honor God by serving others. We believe the people who have always cared for us now deserve to be cared for by us. It’s our turn to serve them.

We had an amazing time attending the Spring Open House at Primrose Retirement Community of Marion! 🌸🙌

A heartfelt thank you to Primrose for welcoming us and putting together such a beautiful, thoughtfully organized event. From the meaningful conversations to seeing all the beautiful bouquets everyone created, it was truly a day filled with connection, kindness, and community.

Our Director of Branch Operations, Bryce, and Assistant Marketing Coordinator, Amanda, enjoyed spending time with so many seniors, families, and fellow community members. Being part of events like this is always such an honor.

Moments like these remind us why we’re so passionate about what we do—building relationships, supporting our community, and making a lasting impact every day. We feel incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such a caring and connected community, and we’re so grateful we could be a part of it. 💙

We had an incredible time attending the Caregiver Expo at Licking Memorial Health Systems! 🙌

We are so grateful to LMH for putting together such a beautiful and well-coordinated event. They made everyone feel so incredibly welcome, from the friendly faces to the wonderful food—it was just a fantastic environment.

It was truly a privilege to connect with so many individuals and families. Hearing your stories reminds us why we do what we do. At Freedom Caregivers, we believe that what truly sets us apart is our dedicated clinical team. Meet Our Caregiver of the Month for Delaware, Emily! 🌟

Emily is the kind of caregiver who sets the bar for everyone around her. Her work ethic and heart for her clients make her the ultimate role model for our new team members. We are so lucky to have her representing the Delaware area!

Currently in her first year of nursing school at Marion Tech, Emily is working toward a big dream: becoming a Trauma Nurse. 🏥🚑 With her level of grit and dedication, we have no doubt she’s going to be an absolute force in the medical field.

We are so excited to introduce you to Bryce Pryor, our Director of Branch Operations in Marion!

Bryce wears many hats, but his main focus is always on the people. Inside the office, he oversees our day-to-day operations to ensure both our clients and our caregivers have everything they need to succeed. Out in the community, you’ll find Bryce meeting personally with families to help them navigate their care options and get started with Freedom Caregivers.

For Bryce, this isn’t just about logistics—it’s about expanding our impact and making sure the people of Marion receive the highest quality care possible. He believes that every family in our city deserves a partner they can lean on.

Why he loves what he does: "I'm passionate about building relationships that matter. Whether I’m supporting our team in the office or sitting down with a new family to set up services, my goal is to ensure we are always improving the way we serve our neighbors."

When he isn’t at the office, you can usually find Bryce:
