Freedom Caregivers’ Story

Freedom Caregivers opened its doors in 2013, responding to a critical need for local in-home care services for the elderly population. Its founders, Jason Eibling and Joanne Yeater, with decades of healthcare experience between them, strived to create an organization offering the quality of care they would expect, and that their own senior relatives would embrace. Fast forward to today, and our agency has grown to include four office locations, 100 caregivers, and more than 200 clients. Even with this expansion, we remain individually focused on providing excellent personal care to elders in their homes. Freedom now offers a wide range of customizable services aimed at helping the Greatest Generation remain safe in their homes and active in the lives they worked so hard to build. What sets us apart from other agencies is our commitment to relationship-building and our unwavering service standards. We carefully match clients and caregivers; we’re available 24/7 to answer any questions. Our frontline staff members are carefully screened; they are individuals we would welcome into our own homes. They’re compassionate, professional, and continuously receive training to stay ahead of advancing in-home care trends. We’re Freedom Caregivers for so many reasons. In our experience, in-home care is the first – and best – choice for many older adults whose wishes are to remain in their homes with freedom, dignity, and independence. Our mission is to honor God by serving others. We believe the people who have always cared for us now deserve to be cared for by us.

We're so excited to celebrate Christen's 7-year anniversary with Freedom Caregivers! 🎉

Christen's journey with us began in August 2018 as an Associate Site Coordinator in our Mansfield office. Since then, her dedication and hard work have been nothing short of inspiring. She's consistently shown her commitment to growth, moving from Site Coordinator to Assistant Branch Administrator, and then to Quality Coordinator company-wide. Now, as our Area Administrator for Region 2. Christen's positive spirit make her an absolute joy to work with. Her passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She is an invaluable member of our team, and we are so grateful for her! ❤️

When she's not busy making a difference at work, Christen is a supermom to five active kids, a dedicated fan of the Cleveland Browns and Guardians, and loves to relax with a good book and a cup of coffee.

Yesterday marked a special day as we celebrated Wendy's 4-year anniversary with the Freedom Caregivers family! 🎉 We are incredibly thankful for Wendy's dedication and all the compassion she brings to our team every single day. She is truly a ray of sunshine and an invaluable part of what makes Freedom Caregivers so special. We're so proud to have her on our team! Thank you, Wendy, for four amazing years! ❤️

Also a huge thank you to our Area Administrator, Christen, who bought our Mansfield team Culver's for lunch as a celebration treat! 😋

We had a wonderful time at the Bubbles and Barks car wash event, showing support for our fantastic referral partners! It was a great cause benefiting the Licking County Humane Society, and we were so happy to see such a successful event. We love supporting organizations that make a difference in our community!

Say hello to Amber Quinn, a vital part of the Freedom family since 2019! Amber started as a part-time admin assistant and quickly became full-time, tackling just about every job imaginable at Freedom Caregivers over the past six years. Now, she's settled into her key role managing all billing for our payer sources (with her amazing partner Cara!) and assists with accounts payable and IT management.

When she's not keeping things running smoothly at Freedom, Amber is a huge Ohio State football fan and a dedicated Star Wars nerd 🤓. Her household is a lively one, including her husband, their baby boy Walker (who just turned 1!), their cat Millie, and 10 new baby chicks! 🐥 Talk about a full house!
Amber and her husband also love to travel spontaneously, often booking Airbnb's to get out of town and explore.
