Sometimes, it's that simple.

One foot in front of the other.
The next right thing.
Small changes, big impact.

If you want to become a runner, it usually starts with about 400 meters... 800... your first mile....

If you want to become a home chef, you start with chopping veggies and boiling water.

If you want to become a yogi, you try a class. And then a series.

Good news: when you walk into Woven Yoga, we don't expect you to be a pro. We don't assume you know it all. None of us are professionals and we simply welcome companions for the journey.

No expensive mat or fancy pants required. Just presence.

We’re kicking off our Restorative Yoga Series in a season shaped by two powerful thresholds:
the full moon and the turning of the new year.

Both ask the same gentle question:
What are you ready to release before you step into what’s next?

As we move toward 2026, this class becomes a soft container for letting go — not through force or resolution, but through rest.
Because when the body feels safe and supported, it finally loosens its grip on what it’s been holding.

Think bolsters, blankets, stillness, slow breathwork, long-held poses, and the kind of deep exhale you’ve been craving for months.

Let this be the year you meet yourself with patience instead of pressure.

Yoga and mindfulness aren’t meant to be added to life all at once — they’re woven in slowly, through small choices repeated over time.

A few conscious breaths before the day begins.
Movement that listens instead of demands.
Pausing long enough to notice what your body is asking for — and responding with care.

Some weeks your practice will look like flowing, strengthening, sweating.
Other weeks it will look like resting, releasing, simply showing up and breathing.

There is no rush. No finish line.
Just a steady returning to yourself.

Woven will be closed on New Year’s Day as we honor rest, reflection, and the quiet power of beginning again. Classes resume after the pause, ready to support you as you step into the year ahead.

Rather than resolutions, consider intentions — the kind that feel spacious enough to grow with you. Let your practice be one of them.

We are doubling down on our Moon Circle experience, bringing you twice the teachers and twice the time of restoration and reflection - allowing this powerful connection to the cosmos to linger in the body and soul.

Our Restorative Yoga Solstice Moon Circle will incorporate soothing breathwork and calming restorative yoga with Emma Swihart. Then we'll simmer in the meditation, reflection, journaling and intention setting of our moon circle with Miranda Inglis.

You'll leave restored, inspired, and in rhythm with the cosmos - your heart full from our community connection, belly full of treats, and hands full of solstice-inspired delights.

You'll want to claim your spot for this event right away - there's only room for 12.
