Each class this week offers a different doorway into presence — whether you need to ground, strengthen, soften, or simply breathe.

✨ This Week at Woven
Monday: Move to Stillness - practice resting as a mindful response to the day.
Tuesday: Gentle Strengthening Hatha - creative sequencing for mind–body connection.
Wednesday: Meta Strength — grounded power through resistance and awareness.
Thursday: Chair Yoga — unwind, release, come home to stillness.
Friday: Barre — strength and precision, woven with grace.
Saturday: All Levels Flow — steady movement + mindful breath to begin again.
Sunday: Community Flow — come as you are, move as you’re able.

Each class is an invitation to listen deeply — to your body, your breath, your story.

We are doubling down on our Moon Circle experience, bringing you twice the teachers and twice the time of restoration and reflection - allowing this powerful connection to the cosmos to linger in the body and soul.

Our Restorative Yoga Solstice Moon Circle will incorporate soothing breathwork and calming restorative yoga with Emma Swihart. Then we'll simmer in the meditation, reflection, journaling and intention setting of our moon circle with Miranda Inglis.

You'll leave restored, inspired, and in rhythm with the cosmos - your heart full from our community connection, belly full of treats, and hands full of solstice-inspired delights.

You'll want to claim your spot for this event right away - there's only room for 12. Plus you can save $10 with early bird registration before December 5.

Intro to [Dude] Yoga
This one-hour class is designed to help men discover yoga in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You’ll learn foundational poses that build functional strength, develop core stability, and improve mobility—especially in tight hips, shoulders, and backs. Expect clear instruction, practical movement, and a focus on how yoga supports your power, performance, and recovery both on and off the mat. No experience or flexibility required—just curiosity and a willingness to move.

Note: This class time may be adjusted once Ohio State announces the kick off time.

Our lack of feeling rested isn't *just* about how many hours of sleep we can manage to get (although that is important!).

Recovery and restfulness is deeply connected to returning your body to away from cortisol levels that rise and attention that locks in on threats. And this kind of recovery isn't just happen when you stop doing everything or when you change your thoughts about your circumstances.

Deep rest and the recovery of your nervous system is connected to your sensory input - sounds, scents, and stillness.

As we shift toward weekend mode, you have the opportunity to also downshift your nervous system. Rest.

Maybe a yoga practice can help you clear that path toward restfulness.

A special series for those folks who prefer getting strong while seated: Seated Strength with Bands

A gentle yet empowering class designed to build strength, stability, and balance using resistance bands — all while seated in a chair. We’ll focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper alignment as we strengthen the muscles that support posture and everyday mobility. Ideal for older adults or anyone who prefers a supported practice, this class offers a safe, low-impact way to improve tone, confidence, and overall well-being.

All levels welcome.

This 4-week series kicks off on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 2:30 PM. Single class: $16 or enjoy the whole series for $48. Unlimited members: free!
