I am the founder of Rooted Life Sanctuary. It took me 45 years to get here - to take the leap out of a life that wasn't working, in favor of something more fulfilling where "I" factor into the equation. And yet, the expansive growth in my life continues and will do so until I leave this earthly experience. My courage surprises me at times. My curiosity never wanes. My dedication to doing the work is something that I am insanely proud of. It hasn't always been this way. I spent years feeling lost in the abyss of my emotions. I spent years jockeying for the acceptance and love of others which manifested as addictions to work, food, and shopping. I kept showing up to therapy, but the real game changer were the breadcrumbs the Universe left for me to follow that became too obvious to ignore. A profound book to read, here. A podcast that would lead me on another path, there. A new opportunity, here. The signs were everywhere, and it was when I made the decision to faithfully follow the signs that the tangled knot of my life began to unravel and find a new structure - a new meaning - a new purpose. With a deep commitment to healing I have come to know myself as a warrior - stronger than I ever imagined. I wish that for you - to know your strength lies in the most vulnerable places. My love for helping others find their light, truth, voice and authentic self through exploring their shadow is my passion. Working with women who are ready for change and ready to be honest with themselves is my purpose. I have a knack at helping people on their journey; I have no interest in creating a reliance on my service, but rather helping you find the wind beneath your wings. I consider myself to be your ADVOCATE, helping you along the way by identifying ways to continue this exploratory journey - with or without me. I call my business a sanctuary, but in truth, it is me that serves as the sanctuary. I offer a non- judgmental, loving, yet honest space for you to explore the beauty of you and your soul. Our wholeness and beauty comes from the light AND the dark within us. I believe that accepting our shadow, turning into it, and exploring it is the key to our freedom from its grip. When we stop resisting the shadow, we make room for the light to come in. All of my client services begin with hand analysis - the non-predictive and scientific method of reading your character and soul's map in your hands. It is through hand analysis that we are better able to understand your strengths, where you struggle, and what you are here to learn in this life. From there, clients can return for hand analysis readings every 6-12 months as this is how often the hand changes, particularly when a person is experiencing a great deal of change and healing. Clients can engage with me as a coach to continue the conversation and develop greater self-awareness. Should clients be interested, I can offer plant remedies to support the body, mind and spirit. It is my greatest honor to serve as a guide for you.
