Therapeutic Massage and Esthetics Services (facials, waxing, lashes) Massage is far from just a luxury these days! We are here to help you!

Countless people are turning to massage for pain relief, injury rehabilitation, sports performance, stress/tension management and many other health issues. Massage is a proven and effective method of health maintenance and preventive therapy. All of the body's major organs and systems, such as the muscular, skeletal, nervous, respiratory, digestive, endocrine and lymphatic systems can be positively affected by general and specific types of massage. We have 6 licensed massage therapists on staff. Each therapist has many years of experience, and all are able to help address a variety of complaints. At The Body Fixx, we work cooperatively with each other so the benefits of treatment will be consistent no matter who you see. Your massage can be a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Range of Motion and Stretching. Your first visit will include a discussion and assessment of what you request, and what we feel you need. From there, we will conduct a massage based on your specific needs.

We have had a number of inquiries from clients on how they can best show support for our staff during this time. In response, I have created gift certificates which can be purchased directly from our website / booking application for future services with individual staff members. Each practitioner will be paid their negotiated rate of pay immediately upon purchase providing them with income as we practice social distancing. We wish you sanity and safety during this challenging time.

The Studio @ The Body Fixx will be offering two 5-week sessions of small group training starting the first week of April. The cost is $125. The Sunday class will start at 9:15am on April 4th and is designed for men and women who want to start a fitness routine. Classes will focus on learning good form, avoiding injury, and building stamina with a fun, safe, and like-minded group. The Tuesday evening class will start at 6:30pm on April 6th and is geared towards active men and women who want to fine-tune their form and push their limits. These groups are limited to a maximum of five participants so early registration is recommended. Jan 14th @ 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm
Jan 16th @ 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm

These appointments are with Lani, she is in the 18 month program at Bancroft and will graduate next month. Let’s help her wrap up internship requirements! These massages are half our normal rate, only $40 for the hour (cash or check preferred). Visit us online to schedule!!
