Sounds of Serenity and Reiki

Have you ever wanted to know what a sound bath is and what you may feel during and after?

If so join us Monday for an immersive meditative experience where we will use the different frequencies of the sound bowls to help promote a state of homeostasis and balance within yourself and your nervous system. Each bowl carries a different frequencies and when played together can help restore the equilibrium within---this works by allowing the brain waves to change into a deeper state, when this happens the pathway and channels within our nervous system start to reset and realign, helping us work out those blockages we have packed on and carried within our life. Just like our life experiences we are all different and everyone will have a different experience as every sound bath will also be a different experience but many people report seeing different colors, sensations and vibrations, and vivid imagery. You will be guided in a safe environment into a gentle meditation to help better recognize these to then explore more. Allowing to unlock these different channels we can allow our energy to flow more naturally, allowing us to live in a more free and open state of love.
