We’ve heard that 60-70% of the human body is composed of water. But did you know that according to the work of Japanese researcher, Dr. Masaru Emoto, human consciousness has the power to affect the molecular structure of water?
In his experiments, water that was sent positive thoughts and affirmations was compared under a microscope to water which was ignored and demoralized. What Dr. Emoto and his team concluded is that kind words and intentions shape water crystals into brilliantly beautiful formations while negative energy and neglect warp their shape and color.🤯
So to me this begs the question: If we’re mostly water and we drink (ideally) a ton of water every day, what are we doing to our bodies when we allow negative self-talk to enter into our consciousness? Are we just making ourselves sick and sluggish? And what, too, of the people around us? For someone who grew up receiving the message from others, including “care”givers, that they were no good, or who felt ignored, how has this reshaped their entire being? Can societal isms be responsible for restructuring a person’s biology, as well as social policies? Furthermore, in this way, can we also harness the power to heal?
For more on these studies (and his experiments with rice!), you can check out Dr. Emoto’s book, The Hidden Messages In Water and/or do a search engine deep dive. Fascinating stuff!💧❄️
