This is me. I developed this toxic behavior after experiencing rejection and hurt from people I trusted to be in my corner.😥
Those experiences pushed me to a place of isolation. I am working hard to break this cycle.

Cry when you need to; we all need to release. Ask for help; you don't have to do it all alone. Don't be afraid of rejection; those who are for you and meant to help you will be there. Lower your caffeine intake; it may be increasing your anxiety. And play your music as loudly as you want! I'm not letting that one go. ☺️
