The more I think about it, the more I realize how much energy I lose trying to manage things that were never mine to carry.

Other people.
Timing.
Outcomes.
The past.
Opinions.

That’s where frustration lives.

Peace has been showing up for me when I come back to my actual circle:
my attitude,
my effort,
my habits,
my response,
my choices.

I may not control the whole picture,
but I can still lead with example,
prepare well,
encourage people,
and show up with intention.

That’s enough to create momentum.
