🚨 ON-SITE FOOD DISTRIBUTION MONDAY 🚨
📍 Second Harvest Food Bank – Central Alley, Springfield

We’re hosting an on-site, drive-thru food distribution on Monday, November 17th from 2pm - 5pm to help ease the burden our neighbors are feeling due to the ongoing disruption of November SNAP benefits. If you or someone you know needs support, please stop by. We’re here to help.

No one should have to worry about feeding their family during this difficult time. 💛

This month’s Second Saturday is all about giving thanks and giving back! ❤️ Join us for Harvest of Gratitude, a community-wide food drive supporting the Caring Kitchen and The WhereHouse - Food Pantry—two amazing local organizations helping our neighbors in need.

🛒 How to Help:
Bring your non-perishable food donations to any of these participating Second Saturday locations:
📍 Broken Melody Records – Miami Street
📍 The Merchant Shops – North Main Street
📍 The Five Leaf Clover Store, LLC – North Main Street
📍 Let's Eat Cake – Scioto Street
📍 The Starving Chicken – E. Court Street
📍 Nivrocs Country Store LLC – On The Square

💛 Most Needed Items:
Caring Kitchen: canned soup, applesauce cups, peanut butter, jelly, canned beans, instant potatoes, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, boxed cereal, instant oatmeal, canned meat, canned pasta (like ravioli or spaghetti o’s), pancake syrup.

The WhereHouse: canned green beans, corn, chicken, tuna, Campbell soups, pasta and sauce, canned fruit.

Let’s fill those shelves and spread some gratitude this season. Together, we can make sure every table in Champaign County is full. 🧡
