Cancer Association of Champaign County

Cancer Association of Champaign County Helping assist with the financial burden of cancer patients in Champaign County continues to be our focus. Click the link below for more info.

Our goal is to alleviate some stress & provide a better outcome as they go through these life changing events. In September, 1980 five directors of the Champaign County chapter of the American Cancer Society resigned their positions to form a new cancer agency dedicated to providing service to Champaign County, Ohio residents. All five directors felt that too little of the money collected from cou

nty residents was used to benefit local residents. Because of the dedication and commitment of these five, the Cancer Association of Champaign County was formed.

On behalf of the Cancer Association of Champaign County, I want to express our gratitude to the Calvin Rowland Family.

It is an honor to accept a donation from their annual car show. Events like this do more than just bring the community together; they keep a legacy alive. By choosing to donate to a charity that Calvin himself would have supported, you are ensuring that his spirit of generosity continues to make a tangible difference in the lives of our neighbors.

This donation will go directly toward supporting those in our community facing the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. We are incredibly moved by the Rowland family's commitment to turning their remembrance into such impactful action.
