Today is the day! We proudly present you with our absolutely killer lineup schedule, starting at 7pm CT -- here’s how you can watch and interact with the event:

Facebook Live: Watch our headlining artists on the Main Quad stage, complete with our returning host Greer Durham, a live feed of Minecraft UIUC, and to round off the night, Beach Bunny -- who has just been announced the musical guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon next weekend!

Zoom: Watch 14 local C-U artists on the Krannert stage, as they face off in our ‘Battle of the Jams’ -- a friendly talent competition that YOU can vote in to help decide the winner of a performance slot in The Punch Line’s in-person music festival next year! Our Zoom will also feature magicians Matt Angel & Carlos Martinez, standup comedian Colin Nicholson, live UIUC Family Feud and Trivia games you can play, and our ‘Social Playlisting Lounge’, to meet new friends and hang out to tunes you choose!

Minecraft: If you've played Minecraft before, and are upgraded to the Java version 1.16.5, you can join our server to roam Virtual UIUC while you listen to our Facebook or Zoom streams in the background! We have built UIUC’s Main Quad, Krannert, State Farm Center, Old KAM’s, bars along Green Street, a campus subway system, and more that you can explore, plus in-game competitions!

They offer health and mental health services that aid a struggling musician in crisis, and they offer human services as well, for those who need help with day-to-day things. Music gives the world so much, and for that, MusiCares wants to give back.

Few artists can pinpoint an emotion as clearly and honestly as Beach Bunny's Lili Trifilio. On Honeymoon, the excellent debut album from Trifilio's songwriting project and four-piece band, it's as if she's singing about things everyone has felt before but never had the courage to put inwords themselves. It's the stunning culmination of her evolution as a songwriter and artist, which started in 2015 as a bedroom pop solo project. Recorded at the iconic Chicago studio Electrical Audio with producer Joe Reinhart (Hop Along, Algernon Caldwaller), the nine songs on the LP burst with energy that capture their vital and life-affirming live shows.

HEADLINER FEATURE 🚨: is our first headliner at JAMBANA virtual music festival at UIUC this spring — and you can catch him next Saturday, April 24th at 7-10pm CT! Link in our bio to RSVP to watch or join the event for FREE!:

Open Mike Eagle spent the 2010s finding comedy in rap music and American nightmares. Acclaim from publications like Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and NPR coincided with headlining solo tours and top-billing at events like Adult Swim Festival. Between studio sessions, Eagle co-founded The New Negroes, a standup-meets-music variety show that explores perceptions of blackness. He and co-founder Baron Vaughn brought the show to Upright Citizens Brigade, Comedy Central, and venues around the U.S. Since founding his record label Auto Reverse Records, though, Eagle has scaled back the jokes. He’s finally unpacking his traumas and acknowledging their impact.

With over a dozen solo and collaborative projects to his name, Eagle has spent his career redefining and expanding the parameters of “art rap,” the term he coined as a shorthand for leftfield and avant-garde rap music.

Anime, Trauma, and Divorce is Eagle’s first full-length album on Auto Reverse and the most personal project of his career. On the verge of middle age, reeling from the collapse of his marriage, he probes the darkness of his past and searches for lights to guide him forward. Executive produced by renowned rock producer Jacknife Lee (U2, R.E.M.), the album’s few features include Auto Reverse artist Video Dave and Eagle’s son. Anime, Trauma, and Divorce finds Eagle virtually alone, doing his best to reject the humor that will not cure his ills. All is not well, but he’s never been better.
