Bath time isn’t just for getting clean… it can also be a comforting way to support your child’s wellness 🛁✨
One of our favorite simple additions?
🌿 Epsom salt baths!
Epsom salt baths are commonly used to help support:
✔️ Relaxation & better sleep
✔️ Constipation relief
✔️ Muscle & nervous system support
A common recommendation is:
👶 ½ cup for littles
🛁 Up to 2 cups for bigger kids
⏰ Soak for around 20 minutes

As always, introduce new products slowly and check with your healthcare provider if your child has sensitive skin, allergies, or other health concerns.
