Good Morning! You may have heard of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy) but what does it actually do? ✨ EMDR helps your brain process and release stuck experiences that continue to impact how you feel today.
EMDR was designed to support:
• Trauma
• Ongoing Anxiety & Depression
• Negative self-beliefs
• Distressing memories
Healing doesn’t always happen just by talking it happens through processing and releasing.
My journey with EMDR became personal before it was professional. I was first drawn to EMDR after my personal therapist suggested it for me. Through sessions, I experienced the impact it can have in processing & letting go of what we carry leading to deeper healing.
Because of this, I chose to pursue certification in EMDR so I can effectively support others in this season of life as well. It’s truly an incredible process to witness & I feel honored to offer it as part of the healing journey.
