May is such a special month for us at Rise - because this month, Rise turns FOUR. 💛
Four years ago, Rise started with just one person, one dream, and one mission: to create a compassionate, inclusive space where children and families felt supported, understood, and empowered.
Today, that dream has grown into a team of 20+ incredible professionals across THREE locations who pour their hearts and souls into every child and family who walks through our doors.
At Rise, our mission has always been bigger than therapy alone. We believe every child deserves access to high-quality, compassionate care in an environment that celebrates neurodiversity, honors each child’s unique strengths, and supports families every step of the way.
Over the past four years, we have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families throughout the Des Moines area. We’ve also had the honor of supporting so many professionals as they grow into confident, passionate clinicians who truly love what they do. Watching both our clients and our team flourish has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey.
Owning a small business is not always easy. There have been long days, hard decisions, growing pains, and moments of uncertainty. But every challenge has been worth it a million times over knowing that Rise has been able to touch the lives of so many children and families in meaningful ways.
To our staff - thank you for showing up every day with compassion, dedication, and heart. You are exceptional, and Rise would not be what it is without you.
To our families - thank you for trusting us with your children. It is a privilege we never take lightly.
And to our referral sources, community partners, friends, and supporters - thank you for cheering us on along the way. Whether you referred a family, followed along on socials, left a review, collaborated with us, or simply spoke kindly about Rise to someone else, you have helped us grow into what we are today.
We are endlessly grateful.
