1) Cycle tracking is critical. I mean critical to learning about your body, your health and increasing the chances of conception. I personally like Natural Cycles (link in bio!)

2) Seed oils are pro-inflammatory. So is corn syrup. Both wreak havoc on your hormones and your blood sugar levels.

3) Stress. Chronic stress leads your body to feel UNSAFE which decreases chances of conception. It also is a catalyst to hormone imbalance.

4) Radiation destroys your swimmers quality and integrity. Don’t do it.

5) Being in good nutrient status increases the chances of conception. All of these help with egg quality. If your provider isn’t assessing micronutrients status they’re failing you.

6) If your thyroid isn’t in balance you will feel off everywhere. Hypothyroidism leads to decreased fertility.
Vitamin D is a catalyst to hormone functioning.
Iron allows your body to create high quality blood cells.
All necessary for a healthy baby.

7) Toxic personal care products are destroying your endocrine system and your fertility. Don’t chance it. Fertility is impaired by artificial fragrance.

Mosquito-Repelling Plants

* Citronella grass — famous for mosquito control
* Lavender — repels mosquitoes, moths, and flies
* Lemon balm — strong citrus scent bugs dislike
* Basil — especially useful near doors and patios
* Catnip — surprisingly effective against mosquitoes
* Rosemary — helps deter mosquitoes and some flies
* Peppermint — repels mosquitoes, ants, and spiders
* Marigolds — contain pyrethrum, used in insect repellents

Plants That Repel Flies

* Mint varieties — flies dislike the strong aroma
* Tansy — traditional fly repellent
* Bay laurel — useful near outdoor eating areas
* Sage — especially when burned outdoors
* Rue — repels flies and beetles

Your love already exists, even before little hands hold yours. Your nurturing spirit, your tears, your faith, and your endurance matter deeply. Heaven sees every silent prayer and every ache carried quietly in your heart.

We have several vials of the bacteria (and co-infections) associated with tick bites.

We test the body against these stressor vials to see if it’s an active infection/co-infection.

When it comes to the bacteria associated with these bites time is of the essence. Especially with kids.

✔️ Japanese knotweed
✔️ astragalus
✔️ thyme
✔️ Pau D’arco
✔️ myrrh

Just to name a few. But of course, not every herb is for every body. We don’t believe in one size fits all remedies.
