Mosaic joined IACP: Iowa Association of Community Providers during Advocacy Day at the Statehouse on April 9. We had the opportunity to elevate the voices of community providers and the Iowans they serve during an important time in the legislative session.

A holiday meal is something many of us take for granted - family, traditions, favorite foods, and a full table.

But for many individuals in our group homes, the holidays can feel very different.

Thanks to recent donations, our homes were filled with more than just food this year. They were filled with celebration, laughter, and the feeling of being remembered and cared for.

Donations don’t just buy meals.
They create dignity, community, and belonging.

This year, we didn’t just serve food, we served belonging. ❤️

We heard a wonderful story about the emotions that are a part of Holy Week - leading up to Easter. Then we had the opportunity to draw out our emotions and share them during a Rejoicing Spirits service at Faith Lutheran Church. Lot's of smiles were drawn. We were simply happy to be together!
