Her work is informed by a faith-based, open-hearted perspective that recognizes the resilience and potential in every person. Leslie deeply honors the diverse beliefs, faiths, cultures, and worldviews of those she works with, and she strives to create a space of acceptance, curiosity, and respect—without judgment. Her goal is to help clients move toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal growth—equipping them with tools to face life’s challenges and build a more fulfilling and hopeful future.
Leslie is passionate about serving people across all stages of life—including children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has extensive experience working with individuals living with disabilities and chronic mental health concerns, and she approaches each person with dignity, compassion, and a deep belief in their capacity to grow. She believes in the power of connection and collaboration in the healing process and strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Leslie's clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian theory, and an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and strengths.
