Everyone is a champion in their own way even if they are not an athlete. Our mission is to help everyone wanting to take control of their health and well-being at their own pace. We provide opportunities to keep bodies feeling their best and allow people to work toward their own individual wellness goals. Angela is a physical therapist with 17+ years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses. She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis. She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts.

Meet Angela Spencer

The owner and physical therapist behind Champions Recovery Room is Angela Spencer, PT, MSPT, CMPT, CAFS, CCI. She is a physical therapist with 15+ years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses. She is an Astym certified provider, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMPT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists), a certified Pose Method Running specialist, a Certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D MAPS, and well trained in ACL and hip rehabilitation. She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis. She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts.

Schedule an appointment today to come in and see Angie. Our summer hours are: Monday and Wednesday 9-7pm Tuesday and Thursday 7-5pm Friday 7-1pm *Appointment requests outside of these hours can be considered. We will look to grow our hours as our clinic grows. Fall Hours will increase as needed for Saturday mornings to help accommodate our clients with bumps and bruises clinic hours from sports participation and training programs in preparation for competitions.
