๐ณ๏ธโ๐ Pride Month is a celebration, but it's also a reminder:
Healing is a powerful act, especially during times when being your full, authentic self may feel heavy, scary, or risky. It's common to experience stress, or anxiety with increasing social and legislative pressures. These are valid reactions to ongoing societal and systematic challenges.
This June, we want to say clearly: Who you are is not an issue. Your mental wellbeing deserves compassionate, informed care that sees all of who you are. Whether you're exploring your identity, working on healing, or simply trying to stay grounded -- you don't have to do it alone. We hope that you'll be gentle with yourself and seek out safe spaces that remind you that you are wonderful, just as you are.
