Dear wUrthy Health Clinic Family,
I am reaching out to share an important update regarding the billing practices at wUrthy Health Clinic. After thoughtful consideration, I have decided to implement a cash pay model for provider visits, effective September 1, 2025. You may pay for visits with either cash, credit card, flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) if your plan allows for it. This change is necessary due to ongoing challenges with the insurance process, and I believe it will enable me to offer you more efficient, accessible, personal care. Your insurance coverage remains unchanged for services except for your provider visit, lab draw fee, and some cash pay labs (ie. vitamin D) at wUrthy Health Clinic.
With this change, I recommend reaching out to your insurance company to see if they will allow you to submit superbills for potential reimbursement, to help offset out of network provider costs. A superbill is a detailed invoice outlining the services rendered during your appointment.
Under this new system, all visits will require payment upfront on the day of your appointment. Here’s the pricing structure for 2025:
- New Patient Visit (either in-person or Telehealth): $250; due on the day of your visit.
- Follow-up Visit (either in-person or Telehealth): $135; due on the day of your visit.
- Yearly Physicals (for established patients only): $135; due on the day of your visit.
- Lab Draw Fee: $15 (a charge for the service of collecting blood); due on the day of your visit.
Members can access their insurance provider's website to download a claim form. This is the place where you can submit the superbill I will provide for you. I’m here to help you navigate this process, and we can discuss everything in detail during your appointment. This may help you recover some of your out-of-pocket expenses.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for placing your trust in me to care for you and your families. It has been a true pleasure getting to know you on a personal level, and it deeply saddens me to think that I may lose some of you during this transition. I sincerely hope to continue providing care for you as we navigate this change together. If you have any questions, need further clarification or help with transitioning to a different clinic, please feel free to contact me by emailing me at info@wurthyhealthclinic.com.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in me.
Best,
Jackie
