We had a great time at our May Caregiver Meeting celebrating some of the amazing caregivers who make our team so special. This month, we recognized Riley and Youseline as our April and May Caregivers of the Month for their commitment to providing exceptional care. We also celebrated Franchesca and Jacorra for their stellar attendance this month. We are incredibly grateful for all of our caregivers and the positive impact they have on the lives of those we serve each day. Thank you for everything you do!

June is Men's Health Month here at Senior Helpers, and we're kicking it off with a celebration of what aging well actually looks like. ๐Ÿ’™

For the men in our lives, getting older doesn't mean slowing down on the things that matter. It means being a little smarter about health, a little more intentional about routines, and a little more willing to accept support when it makes life better.

Gentle aging isn't about giving things up. It's about staying ahead: keeping up with checkups, moving your body regularly, staying connected to the people you love, and knowing that asking for help is one of the strongest things a man can do. ๐Ÿ’ช

Last week, we had a magical afternoon at Senior Prom hosted by Edencrest at Siena Hills!
Our team had an incredible time celebrating with residents and helping make the day extra special. Sierra, our Client Care Coordinator, volunteered her talents doing hair and makeup, while Rachel, our Marketing Coordinator, captured the smiles with her camera.
We are so grateful to be part of moments like these. Thank you to Edencrest Sienna Hills for letting us join in on their event!

Recovering from a stroke is a life-changing journey, for both stroke survivors and their families. While the hospital and rehabilitation phases are critical, healing continues at home. With the right support, environment, and care plan, stroke survivors can regain independence, rebuild strength, and improve their overall quality of life.

Read our blog at the link below to learn a few things things that stroke survivors and their families should know about stroke recovery at home and how in-home care can make a meaningful impact.

This week, we are so excited to highlight another one of our wonderful clients, Brian. Brian is one of our newer clients, and we are so happy to welcome him to the Senior Helpers family. Over the years, Brian has built an incredible legacy through his creativity and passion for art.
Brian studied graphic art and film in college. He worked in marketing for several years, but after a marketing job opportunity unexpectedly fell through, he discovered a love for plaster art and became a full-time artist. Since then, he has created countless unique plaster sculptures and paintings that he has used to decorate his home from top to bottom. Brian is also the illustrator behind the childrenโ€™s book The Gang of Twenty and Six, a story that follows the letters of the alphabet on a rhythmic, educational journey.
We are honored to share some of Brianโ€™s artwork in this post and even more honored to get to know the artist behind it. Welcome to the Senior Helpers family, Brian. We are so glad youโ€™re here! ๐Ÿ’™
