It’s hard to believe it’s already been almost a week since Women Helping Women 2026. 💙

We’re still reflecting on the meaningful conversations, powerful stories and moments of connection shared throughout the day. We explored what it means to live a full and purposeful life — even through grief and loss.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a compassionate and inspiring space.

We had a walkthrough at Prairie Meadows today with our planning committee and could not be anymore excited for Friday’s event! We didn't want to end the week without acknowledging National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

The 2026 theme, “Behind the Screen: Education, Prevention, Connection,” highlights the growing impact technology and screen time can have on the mental health of children and teens.

Today’s youth are navigating stress, anxiety, social pressure, loneliness and emotional challenges in ways we may not always see.

According to recent data, nearly 1 in 3 high school students reported experiencing poor mental health within the previous 30 days.

That’s why awareness, open conversations and early intervention matter so deeply.

At our Center, we are committed to supporting children, teens and families through our C.O.O.L. Program — Children Overcoming Obstacles of Life — serving kids of all ages 💛

Whether a child is struggling emotionally, behaviorally, socially, or simply needs extra support navigating life’s challenges, our C.O.O.L. team is here to help.

Let’s continue breaking stigma, listening openly and reminding young people they are never alone.
