Charles Hoffman Promoted to Executive Director of Crest Services

We’re excited to announce that Charles Hoffman has been promoted to Executive Director of Crest Services!

With over 20 years of experience in the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) field, Charles brings a deep understanding of the work we do and the people we serve. Beginning his career as a Direct Support Professional and later serving as a Manager of HCBS, Charles has consistently demonstrated a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to quality care.

Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA from William Penn University, as well as a Post-Graduate Degree in Higher Education from Capella University.

“I’m incredibly honored and excited to lead Crest Services as Executive Director,” Charles shared. “My focus will remain on the heart of our mission—supporting our members with disabilities and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and respect they deserve.”
