We have some important updates regarding our Student Spa, and an exciting announcement about our new membership plan!

🔶 Pricing/appointment updates:
Please note that beginning on June 9th, we are going to be changing our appointment times and prices. We are updating our session lengths to industry-standard 60, 90, and 120-minute appointments.
New pricing effective June 9th:
-60-minute session: $70
-90-minute session: $105
-120-minute session: $140

As a student spa, our rates still remain significantly below the Des Moines market, and your visits directly support the hands-on training of our graduating therapists. Their personal and professional growth is dependent on you, and we appreciate your continued support of their education.

🔶 New memberships!
We are pleased to announce that we are now offering a membership program. Introducing the Founding Membership — $55/month, locked in for life. You have until July 1st to lock in our Founding Member rate of just $55/month, permanently. As long as your membership stays active, that rate never changes, and neither does your access to the perks.

Membership includes:
-1 hour of massage credit every month
-Hours roll over — they never expire while your membership is active
-Members can add time at just $30 per 30 minutes

When we say "consistency is key" when it comes to massage, it's for good reason.

Receiving a massage once in a blue moon may feel good in the moment, and will provide results for a while, but if you want to maintain those results long-term, then establishing a regular routine with massage therapy is crucial. Each massage you receive builds upon the last one, addressing chronic issues that don't go away after one session, and prevents the pain before it starts. Every session is a chance to re-assess how your body is holding up, and allows your therapist to tailor your session to your unique self.

Exciting news...
We are starting a new, local, collaborative meet up for massage therapists at all stages in their journey to connect and support each other- whether you're still deciding when to begin your journey, you're a current student, or you're a seasoned therapist. Introducing... Touch Point Tuesdays! 💥

✨ Touch Point Tuesdays is a space to connect, work together, continue learning, and support one other within the massage profession. All are invited and welcome to attend! Let's hang out, chat and catch up, and help each other grow. Each session will have a licensed massage therapist attending to help guide things, but we want to emphasize that this is very go-with-the-flow, and very flexible with discussions/what we end up doing.
✨ We can do hands on work, collaborate on techniques, maybe you want to share something new you learned this week or something you’re struggling with and need some feedback/guidance. This is a space for us to be heard and seen- our goal is to help you grow and be successful, and to share your experiences to connect with others just like you!

No need to reserve a spot, and the event is completely free. If you are interested in attending, please simply show up at 6 PM at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale. Our first session is this upcoming Tuesday, May 12, and we hope to see you there!!
