With the right conditions your body can completely heal.

In order to heal, you must be in a safe place. You cannot heal if you are trapped in a constant state of anxiety/fight/flight or shutdown. You must have a safe place where you can express yourself, and a place that is comforting to your nervous system. You must also allow yourself the right to say yes, or no to things that don’t feel right to you.

Once you feel safe, you can process, unwind, and unravel all the trauma.

Along with this, do a good juice detox to pull out heavy metals, fungus, bacteria, and flush out pathogens.

Meditate or go out in nature to calm the mind and generate feelings of peace and gratitude.

Take high quality supplements, replenishing nutritions and essential minerals and vitamins.

Bathe in infrared heat.

Massage can target the fascia which can get bound up and cause restrictions affecting the organs. Massage can help unravel this, this affecting the mind!

We are way past the point of the concept of a mind-body duality.

it is outdated. You can't separate mind from body or the other way around. Even more when there is more evidence of the interdependence of both.

What you eat and what you do with your body affects your mind.
And conversely, what you think, your recurrent thoughts, and mental state have an impact on your body's health.

So the new way to look at this must necessarily be a Mind With Body unity just like it has been understood for all history, regardless of culture.

East Asian medicine and particularly, Traditional Chinese Medicine understand this deep relationship between mind and body and how to access one going through the other.

That opens the door to more possibilities in understanding not just how to look at mental health but also at improving it.
And Chinese Medicine is a great example of it.
