Recently, volunteering at the Des Moines Children’s Museum through the Urbandale Chamber reminded me just how much hope, patience, and persistence go into building something meaningful.

That experience also made me reflect on healing—both in business and in our bodies. Sometimes recovery takes time. Sometimes answers don’t come immediately. But that doesn’t mean progress isn’t happening.
