Our caregivers are trained professionals,
but they also enjoy playing cards and board games, helping with a photo album, reading, writing letters, or just visiting. PERSONAL CARE
While respecting our clients’ privacy, our caregivers provide assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, transferring, personal hygiene, continence, ambulating, exercise, and medication management. RESPITE CARE
Caring for a loved one is one of the most meaningful things we can do in a lifetime, but it can be hard to balance all of the demands of work, family, and self. Our caregivers look after your loved one while you take care of other things, including yourself. MEAL PREPARATION
Our caretakers help with all aspects of meal preparation, from planning and preparation of meals to assistance with feeding and clean-up. LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
Our caregivers can help keep your loved one’s home in order by vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, doing laundry, and keeping kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized. TRANSPORTATION
Our caregivers can provide transportation for errands, shopping, social events, medical appointments and pharmacy pick up. Bay Home Care (a division of Bay Aging) is licensed, bonded and insured. We employ competent, knowledgeable, and professional staff who have been educated, trained and completed various background checks to ensure the safety of our customers. Bay Home Care services are delivered with the oversight of Registered Nurses as well as a physician who serves as our Medical Director.

This role maintains the highest possible level of quality of life and independence for Adult Day Care clients while providing respite to caregivers and families. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, valid driver’s license, knowledge of electronic medical records, knowledge of community resources, ability to develop case plans and record comprehensive case notes.
