We have created this sound bath for you with the intention to release fear and out dated belief systems that may be keeping you stuck in your current reality. As you listen to this sound journey, we invite you to lean into the gong and lower vibrational sounds to connect with the deep shadow parts of your self that may be tucked in the corners of your subconscious mind. Be still and listen to what may arise, acknowledge, thank, and release if needed. You may use the lighter, higher sounds to aid in this transmutation process. You are the alchemist. The full moon in Leo will ask you to step into your power, claim your path, and walk it with intention, passion and clarity. And so it is. We love you and as always we thank you for your support!

Something I never imagined I’d do.
Dance ballet…play music on a stage…no problem! Public speaking about my personal story, and being recorded live?! Nope, never thought. So grateful Dan and I were able to participate. And grateful for a friend who snapped these pics. ❤️🙏🏻
