Immediate opening for an Office Accountant/HR Coordinator at Mohawk Valley Cardiology. (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Bachelors Degree in either Business, Finance, or Accounting is a MUST.

-Previous office experience.
-Expert with computers- QuickBooks Desktop software is a MUST.
-Very well organized.

Office duties include, but are not limited to:
-Bi-weekly payroll processing
-Accounts Payable
-Insurance & credentialing
-Purchasing
-Admin for the 401k
-All Human Resources functions
-Other duties and required/requested

Mohawk Valley Cardiology continues to provide the utmost of cardiac care to our patients during this unfortunate time. Our dedicated team is keeping up-to-date daily with the guidelines issued by the NYS Department of Health as well as the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We continue to practice all recommended measures to ensure our patient's safety: wearing masks, washing hands, using sanitizers, cleaning surfaces frequently and thoroughly (waiting room, exam and testing rooms) and practicing social distancing protocols.

We understand this is a difficult time and we are here to help! We remain available for questions and concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
