Today we received our first Christmas card from our Christmas card exchange. We appreciate the gesture from Carriage House Nursing and Rehab, all the way from Michigan.

The turkey hunt has officially concluded, and the winner has been notified. Our resident, who maintained the lead throughout with an impressive total of 129 turkeys, has emerged victorious. Meanwhile, another resident submitted an impressive 70 turkeys today, coming out of nowhere for a second-place finish. However, there are still turkeys missing, as only a total of 246 were turned in.

Today is the final day for the turkey hunt and residents are eagerly anticipating the announcement of the winner. They are also curious to see if someone will overtake the current leader, our one resident who has achieved an impressive total of 129. Only time will tell. The last update is expected to be posted around 4pm tonight.

Time for our daily turkey hunt update. Today, we have located 139 turkeys. One of our female residents is leading the group with a notable total of 95 turkeys found. However, I am aware that some residents are delaying submission. Only time will reveal our winner. Keep following for daily turkey updates!

Concurrently with the turkey hunt here at Focus, we have been diligently working on creating our Christmas chimney and fire. We are still refining the fire and plan to add logs in the near future.

As some of you may be aware, Focus has been hosting a turkey hunt throughout the week, and it has been a resounding success. Several turkeys have been hidden throughout the building, and our residents have demonstrated remarkable dedication in locating them. To date, a total of 117 turkeys have been turned in, with one resident achieving an impressive tally of 73. However, it has been brought to our attention that some residents are choosing to hold onto their findings and submit them collectively, so only time will reveal the ultimate winner.
