Can full arch implant oral reconstruction be managed by several approaches?

A 78 year old patient came to the office and said “Doc, my teeth are all broken down, please give me some options.” After a lengthy discussion, the patient decided that a maxillary fixed detachable (synergy2complete) and a mandibular removable overdenture met his needs.
