Tri-County WIC: Oneida, Herkimer & Madison WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that provides food and nutrition services free of charge to WIC stands for Women, Infants and Children.

WIC’s goal is to improve the health and nutrition of moms and kids. It is well known that pregnancy and early childhood are among the most important times for growth and development and New York State WIC is here to help. The purpose of this site is to promote New York State WIC Program Services to the community. ☕ Breastfeeding Café Tomorrow!

Join us tomorrow (Tuesday) from 9:30–11:30 AM at Dunham Public Library in Whitesboro for our Breastfeeding Café!

This group is for anyone who supports breastfeeding. Whether you're currently nursing or not. Your experience and wisdom might be exactly what another mom needs.

Also for kiddos of all ages not just the babies! Brinf your toddlers, big kids, babies all if them!

🍂What you’ll find:
• A warm, comfortable space for moms and little ones
• Coffee & light snacks
• A weigh station for your baby
• Expert lactation support
• Our babywearing lending library!

We have such a wonderful, supportive group, and we can’t wait to meet some new faces tomorrow! 🧡

💜 Free Breastfeeding Cafés — Every Month 💜

At Mohawk Valley Breastfeeding Network, we believe every family deserves access to support, no matter what. That’s why we offer free Breastfeeding Cafés and collaborate with other local breastfeeding support groups to share our resources.

Motherhood is meant to happen in community, with other women beside you, sharing wisdom and lifting each other up.

Each café includes expert breastfeeding support to help you navigate any challenges - whether it’s latching, supply, pumping, or preparing before baby arrives. You’ll also find light snacks, good company, and a weigh station (for weight checks or weighted feeds).

And we’re excited to share that we’ll be adding another café in Herkimer County soon - keep an eye out for that announcement!

Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, pregnant, or a breastfeeding support person, you're welcome! Join us anytime or reach out with questions.
