We do not believe in a one size fits all approach to healthcare and are proficient in and offer many techniques to meet your needs. Both Dr. Mark and Dr. Jessica are certified in Cox Flexion-Distraction technique. Cox Flexion Distraction Technique is indicated for those who have bulging or herniated discs and are heading for neck or low back surgery and those who are still experiencing pain following surgery. This technique is both gentle and comfortable for the majority of our patients. Our focus in treatment is to correct the neuro-structural causes that lead to dysfunction and preserve the movement in your spine and body.
