🏆 Elite Mold & Engineering Recognized as a Top 3 Finalist for the 2025 Manufacturing Innovation Excellence Award.

Elite Mold & Engineering is proud to announce that we have been named one of the Top 3 Finalists for the 2025 Manufacturing Innovation Excellence Award by the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA).

At yesterday’s MMA Press Conference in Lansing, our CEO Paul Patrash had the opportunity to share Elite’s story and highlight how our team continues to drive innovation in Michigan manufacturing.

“Being named a finalist for the Manufacturing Innovation Excellence Award is an incredible honor for our entire team. It validates the creativity and pride that every Elite employee brings to advancing Michigan manufacturing,” said Paul Patrash, CEO of Elite Mold & Engineering.

🎉 Big congratulations to Luke Lefevre!

Luke started with us in 2022 as a co-op student from Stevenson High School MADE Academy. After graduating in 2023, he came on board full-time at Elite and jumped right into the Macomb Community College Applied Tech “Mold Maker Apprenticeship” program.

Working full-time while going to school at night and online is tough, but Luke powered through, finished the program faster than any apprentice we have had, and did it with straight A’s! 🙌

Celebrating Zach and Our Partnership with Utica Community Schools!

Today we proudly accepted a Certificate of Appreciation from Utica Community Schools, recognizing Elite Mold & Engineering for our support of their Career and Technical Education internship program.

A big congratulations to Zachary Blackmer, a Senior at Adlai Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights, Michigan, who has been an outstanding intern and a great example of the next generation of skilled talent entering our industry. Zach’s curiosity, professionalism, and strong work ethic have made him a valued part of our team.

It was a pleasure meeting all of you and sharing what we do in the exciting world of modern manufacturing. Your enthusiasm and curiosity were truly inspiring, and I’m confident that the future is bright with leaders like you on the horizon! 🙌
