Did you know va**ng can harm your child’s health?

1 in 20 Americans v**e, and youth e-cigarette use has surged by 1,800%. While some think va**ng is safer than smoking, it can cause lung damage and addiction. 🚫💨

At CFLR, we’re here to support families dealing with va**ng and substance use challenges.

Right now, the need is growing.

January is Substance Use Disorder Treatment Month - a time to shine a light on recovery, resilience, and hope. Substance use disorder is a real health condition and treatment works.

This month, we honor the strength of those seeking support, uplift the families and communities walking alongside them, and reaffirm CFLR's commitment to accessible, compassionate mental health and substance use services.

Recovery is possible, and no one has to face it alone. If you or someone you love needs support, we are here because when there's help, there's hope.

Dry January Mohawk Valley Week 3!

This week, we’re highlighting the Camu Camu Refresher — a mocktail we had the chance to make and enjoy together during a recent workshop with The Mindful Mixer.

It was refreshing, energizing, and something our team truly loved.

You can now enjoy the Camu Camu Refresher at Beeches Manor and Vine & Fig, where $1 from every Dry January mocktail sold is donated directly to CFLR, helping support the individuals and families we serve.

Thank you to The Mindful Mixer, the restaurant partners, and this incredible community for continuing to support wellness and recovery throughout Dry January.

At the Center for Family Life and Recovery, his belief in hope and compassion aligns deeply with our mission to support individuals and families on their path to healing and wellness.

As we reflect on his impact, let us recommit to building a more inclusive, just, and hopeful community for all.

Dry January Mohawk Valley — Week 2

This week’s featured mocktail, the January Citrus Refresher, is now being served at Beeches Manor and Vine & Fig!

What we love most about these mocktails is how intentionally they’re designed to support you through each week of Dry January.

We’re also incredibly grateful to see local restaurants stepping up to support the community. For every Dry January Mohawk Valley mocktail sold, $1 is donated to CFLR, helping support the individuals and families we serve.

So if you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a meal, sip a delicious mocktail, and give back at the same time, we highly recommend stopping by Beeches Manor or Vine & Fig!

Thank you for supporting wellness, community, and CFLR — one sip at a time.
