Celebrating Our 5 Year Anniversary

Front Door Housekeeping was formed on a promise. Five years ago, Darlene, the owner, worked for a company as the Sales/Manager of their housekeeping division. Going out on sales calls and meeting customers was the highlight of the day. Many customers had health issues and could not clean their homes. Every customer story touched Darlene’s heart and she promised that the cleaning company would help them. Sadly, the company closed the division and was not able to fulfill their customer needs. Darlene was devastated, not that she had been let go, but the customers needed help and she had given them her promise.

In one day, Darlene had lost her job in the morning and by the afternoon had a full customer line up with no cleaners to help. She went to work! The journey over the last five years has been a journey of long hours, always learning, growing and continually doing our best to keep the promise.

Today, Front Door Housekeeping has grown to be a trusted company. Learning from our customers and cleaning technicians on what they need has evolved into better practices, policies and procedures. Our motto to “keep our promise to help homeowners” is going strong as we continue to bring the “AWE” to your cleaning day!
