Lisa's 10 years as a School Counselor offers a unique perspective when working with children, adolescents and families. She works with a wide range of ages and issues, using an integrative therapeutic approach. She provides an empathetic, solution-focused, holistic approach, integrating traditional psychological counseling treatment with mind, body, spirit elements that enhance and promote personal and interpersonal growth, wholeness and well-being. Lisa's certification in Wellness Counseling provides an expanded integrative approach. Since the integral role of the mind and effects of stress on health are an important aspect of mind, body wellness, Lisa uses assessments to determine individual needs and to recommend a professional line of nutraceuticals, as well as a wide repertoire of science-based interventions. She is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential, health and wellness. Lisa is a certified Love & Logic Parent Trainer and authored an in-depth research paper: The Impact of Divorce on Children and Society’s Responses to Their Needs. Lisa is currently accepting new clients and accepts most insurance and private pay – which can be discussed with her.
