For our upcoming circle on May 3, we’re going to delve into the idea of managing the energy that comes toward us as it comes, in real time, with awareness. Things like what do we do when we’ve been having a really great day until we see news headlines on the computer that feel like a gut punch? Or there’s a goal we have been trying to accomplish but it seems like too many things are conspiring to keep it from happening? How do we remember that we are conscious creators of our experience rather than react in fear or anger or defeatism? How do we choose to be proactive and protect our energetic space?

For our April circle we'll be exploring the energy of abundance in all its forms. We’re going to be looking at the truth of ourselves as unlimited creators of what’s most important to us, whether it's financial abundance, love, good health, career success, enriching relationships, a fulfilled life, or anything else that speaks to your heart.

Financial or material resources might come to mind first when considering abundance, but there are so many ways to think about the riches we have created in our lives, and what areas we might want to put more attention on. Join us this Saturday for our February 1 Circle for an affirming and openhearted exploration of self-love 😊.

We believe that the most important love we should cultivate, from the beginning of our lives and throughout, is the love we have for ourselves. But self-love is very difficult to stay focused on. Why is that? We’ll look at some of these dynamics, share our wisdom and do some gentle activities to support a kinder and more supportive relationship with ourselves.

For our January 4 Circle we'll be celebrating the gift of being creators of another precious year on this Earth, and how we can do that intentionally and with as much joy as possible :).

Along those lines, we are going to consider what’s most important to us in how we show up this year, for ourselves and in the world. We’ll identify an overarching vibrational focus for 2025, one that we can use as a guidepost for our choices, priorities, and challenges moving forward, our own solid truth that can help us create the year with authenticity and intention.

We’ll trade energy healings to help us move into the new year and our intentions with clarity. And as always, we’ll share some deep and heartfelt conversation. We can’t wait!

For our December 7 Circle we'll be looking at energy - our own and the energy we take on from outside of ourselves. We'll practice some spiritual tools for setting our own clear vibration within our bodies and for guarding ourselves from taking too much in. This is always important, but especially during the busy holiday season!

For our November 2 Wise Women Circle we’ll be exploring the topic of using silence and sacred sound to help us find clarity and stillness in a noisy world. We’ll be talking through ideas for creating our own quiet time rituals and also doing some sound meditations to help us discover which types of sound resonate most deeply. It is sure to be a very peaceful day:)

For our upcoming Circle on October 5, we're going to be exploring the deep symbolism of autumn, and how it mirrors the transitions we experience in our own lives. We'll discuss embracing change, and letting go of what no longer serves us. We'll do a guided meditation centered around the gifts of this season and how to use them mindfully. And we'll finish up with a lovely fall craft that you can take home and use as a reminder of the intentions that you create.

For our upcoming Circle we’re going to continue the topic of seeing from our third eye. We’ll continue learning to sense what the colors mean and even do a simple reading or two! No previous experience is needed because we practice this from a beginner’s mind and have fun😊.

We’re also going to explore the spiritual tool of Resting on the Bank. It’s going to be an informative and healing day!

For our upcoming Circle we’re going to continue with our theme of deep relaxation, and begin with a peaceful yin yoga practice! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring an exercise mat if you’d like to be on the floor. You can also do the poses sitting in a chair. After that we’re going to play a bit with our sixth chakras, looking at some color and energy from the third eye. It should be a fun and relaxing time!
