Yogamaya Hot Yoga Studio Yogamaya offers a variety of yoga class styles for all-level students. Our Hot Hatha and Vinyasa classes are heated.

Yogamaya (formerly Akasha Yoga) in Vacaville offers students a variety of Hot Yoga classes including Bikram-style Hot Hatha 26/2, Hot Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and more. The heat has many benefits including increased muscle elasticity, improved circulation and enhanced detoxification. All of our classes are All-Levels and we have beginning students and well as experience students in every class. Remember, it is not about executing a posture ideally or looking like your neighbor. Instead, it is about going within, becoming aware of sensation and moving with your breath. Pace yourself and honor your body…take rest when needed.

✨ Benefits of This Shoulder + Arm Bind (Cow Face Arms):
✔ Deeply stretches the shoulders, chest, and upper arms
✔ Improves triceps and rotator cuff flexibility

Pause. Breathe. Reset.

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) is a powerful, calming breathwork technique that helps you rebalance your body, mind, and energy.

✨ What It Does:
✔ Balances left and right brain activity
✔ Lowers stress and heart rate
✔ Clears mental fog and boosts focus

How to Practice:
1⃣ Sit comfortably with your spine tall
