I don’t post this to hook you with some mlm skin or hair care. I don’t post this for likes. I don’t post it for some 10 step routine. I don’t post this to promote injecting harmful toxins in your face. I don’t post this with a link to shop. I didn’t take this photo to share , I sent it to a friend talking about hair growth and morning sun. But the more I see what’s become of Ig and women’s faces the more I want to share a no make up (I only have on cheek lip tint) no filter no work done face. I’ve got 3️⃣ “glow” things to share that I find rarely spoken of aside from “beauty comes from within & the countenance never lies”
1) the practice of
2) daily consistent inner work & choices (food, supps, sleep etc)
3) love that heals, builds, nourishes & fulfills

And maybe there is something that happens to you when you’ve been thru hell & you’ve chose to stay close to heaven.
