Experiencing the heartache of miscarriage is an incredibly difficult journey, often filled with overwhelming grief and pain. If you know someone who has gone through this, remember to be kind, listen without judgment, and offer support in whatever way they need. It's okay to acknowledge their loss and say "I'm sorry". But remember there is no timeline for grief, and everyone's experience is unique.
