We would like to express our gratitude and tremendous patience to all of our customers impacted by our insurance claim processing with Express Scripts. We understand this was a major inconvenience and our team worked diligently to rectify the situation in getting our contract with Express Scripts renewed.
We are pleased to announce effective Monday March 2nd we will once again be able to process all claims and look forward to once again assisting you concerning all your medical needs. Since our team took over on 11/24 we have been tasked with building a new facility to better serve our community while trying to exemplify the same solid foundation of care and professionalism Mr. Bruce instilled when he 1st opened the West St James Pharmacy doors.
In the very near future West St James pharmacy will be operating out the JB Falgoust Medical Plaza. We have added a drive thru for our communities convenience and other state of the art improvements to showcase our commitment to community. Again from our team, we greatly value and appreciate every customer that chooses to business with us and look forward to assisting you with all your medication needs.
