Yesterday, our CEO, Danielle, testified in front of state legislators in support of improving access to mental health care.

At The Remedy Mental Health, this work is personal. Danielle built The Remedy after navigating barriers to care within her own family, experiences that continue to shape how we show up for our patients every day.

What was discussed is something we see across our clinics every day: insurance-related barriers that can delay or limit access to care, even when someone is ready to get help.

And when care is delayed, it matters. For patients and for families.

At The Remedy, we’re committed to reducing those barriers wherever we can and being part of conversations that improve access to care across Minnesota and beyond.

We remain committed to providing accessible, patient-centered mental health care.

April tends to be a peak time for burnout. By April, many people are running on months of stress, routine, and little real reset time. Add longer days, shifting schedules, and increased expectations and it catches up.

Burnout can show up as:
• Mental and physical exhaustion
• Brain fog or trouble focusing
• Feeling disconnected or unmotivated
• Increased anxiety or low mood

It’s not just stress, it’s your mind and body asking for something different.

At The Remedy, we provide personalized, evidence-based care tailored to you, because burnout isn’t one-size-fits-all.

At The Remedy, our approach looks at both mental health and substance use, because they’re often part of the same picture.

We offer more than just medication. Our services are designed to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, with care that’s thoughtful, and built around what each patient actually needs.

There’s a lot of misinformation when it comes to newer mental health treatments.

Spravato is one of several evidence-based options designed for individuals who haven’t found relief with traditional approaches.

Some key things to know about Spravato:
- It's FDA approved for treatment-resistant depression.

- It works differently that traditional antidepressants by targeting the glutamate system which plays a role in mood, learning, and brain connectivity.

-Spravato can work quickly, with some patients even noticing changes as soon as a few hours after treatment.

- It’s structured and it’s always administered in a clinical setting with support.

At The Remedy, we believe in helping patients understand all of their options so they can make informed decisions about their care.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, it may be worth exploring what else is out there.

It's ! Let's talk about some interesting brain facts🧠

Your brain is constantly adapting and forming new connections, a powerful ability known as neuroplasticity.

This is one of the reasons mental health treatments can be so effective. At The Remedy Mental Health, we offer innovative, evidence-based treatments designed to support the brain’s ability to change, heal, and create healthier pathways forward.
